Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

We currently ship throughout New Zealand.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

North Island: 1–3 business days
South Island: 2–5 business days

Please note these are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier and your location.

Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Information
